Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai’S Happy Moments After Pro Kabaddi League Win

Bollywood star Abhishek Bachchan owned Jaipur Pink Panthers team won the Pro Kabaddi League in a match against U Mumba, at NSCI's Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Stadium, on Sunday. 

 

Needless to say, the superstar was in all smiles as his team won the championship. He was accompanied by wife and actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who too seemed quite elated over their win. The couple was spotted visiting the famous Lalbaughcha Raja earlier in the day, and it seemed God indeed answered their prayers in the form of their exciting victory.

World Cup record holder Klose retires from international football

 Miroslav Klose, the all-time World Cup top scorer, has retired from international football, the German football federation announced Monday.

The 36-year-old Lazio striker leaves the German national team as a World Cup winner after last month helping Joachim Loew's side to their first global crown since 1990 when they defeated Argentina 1-0 in the Rio-hosted final.
He picked up his 16th goal, in what was his fourth World Cup, to surpass Brazilian Ronaldo as the tournament's leading scorer.

Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar, known to be a Tennis aficionado, turned up at Wimbledon’s Royal Box of the Centre Court on Saturday to watch Rafael Nadal take on Mikhail Kukushkin in the third round of men’s singles.

Dressed in an ink blue suit with sky blue tie, Tendulkar sat alongside former England cricket captain Andrew Strauss while former football captain David Beckham sat just a row in-front. 

Tendulkar was seen engaged in conversation between the points with Strauss as Beckham was sitting with another England soccer legend Sir Bobby Charlton.

Dark Days Ahead For World Cricket, Warns Lalit Modi As N Srinivasan Takes Charge As ICC’S First Chairman

Former IPL Commissioner Lalit Modi has reacted sharply to the ascent of his bitter rival N Srinivasan as first Chairman of the International Cricket Council (ICC), and has predicted “dark days” for world cricket. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 

 

 

  

 

 

Srinivasan, who also co-owns IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and has been accused of conflict of interest in the cash-rich league, assumed office in Melbourne on Thursday. 

"It is truly a sad day in world cricket as N Srinivasan takes over as the Chairman of the ICC today," Modi said in a statement.
